10 days for return or exchange (DIGITAL & VIDEO 7 DAYS) with the receipt RMA No. only. Please call our customer service department to obtain RMA No. (Return Authorization Number). Returns will not be accepted without RMA No. Returns received by Daily Deal Digital without RMA No. will not be the responsibility of Daily Deal Digital. In addition Daily Deal Digital will not be able to accept any returns without the original manufacturer's box with the original manual and all the accessories which were included in the original shipment. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable! All returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 1 percent to 20 percent. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, we will submit the goods to our QA department where it will be assessed for a refund or exchange. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as a kit/package and we cannot resell those items separately. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by Daily Deal Digital in writing. Once again, all returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition.If your projector has more than two hours of use on the lamp, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange. In case your order has been processed and reached its final shipping stages; we regret that we will be unable to stop it from being shipped at most of the time or submit any changes or modification to it. In case of successful modification or cancellation of such order before its being shipped, will result in 2% pocessing fee to your account since all processing stages have been made. Cancellation numbers must be obtained by phone from a Daily Deal Digital Customer Service Rep in the form of two (2) letters and four (4) digits to officially cancel an order or if your order number is updated to canceled status. Depending on the status of the order, we may, at our discretion, reject a cancellation request since technically we may be unable to disrupt the automated order and delivery process. Thus without a proper cancellation number, any other conformations you may obtain by error are considered void and you are subject to shipping and restocking fees. Special order items including Video Projectors, Televisions & Laptops are non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturer defect. Batteries, Film, and Videotapes, which are opened or used are not returnable. Please make sure to keep a copy of your original receipt, as it will be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers' warranties. Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not Daily Deal Digital unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Should you accidentally receive an item defective upon delivery or an item you may find not exactly as originally described, please contact our customer service department immediately so we can promptly replace the item and arrange a return. Please be aware that it is a time sensitive issue, as due to the nature of our business we can usually only request refunds or exchanges from the manufacturers/vendors immediately after you receive the merchandise. Should you prefer to receive a refund, you will have to return all other items sold along with the same order, with the same conditions set forth above for standard returns. Should you fail to notify us of the issue within 72 hours, we will deem the order sold and accepted as is. Any claim subsequent to the 72 hours, will be treated as a simple buyer's remorse situation with all its' customary conditions, as you elected to accept the merchandise as is. Order cancellation must be confirmed within 30 minutes of order processing, if you wish to cancel your order and have exceeded the cancellation time limit please refer to our return policy. If your cancellation request is submitted after processing and the order ships there will be no restocking fee.

Either way, the product is guaranteed to work in the USA and carries an original manufacturer warranty valid in the USA.
Any item ordered and is destined to be sent to an address that is different than the billing address related to the credit card has to have the alternate address listed on file with the credit card company in order to be sent to that destination, if the adress can not be verified, the order will automaticaly ship to the billing adress.
How we ship? UPS: Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS 7-12 Day service Other options include UPS 2nd Day service - 2 Business days delivery, and UPS Next Day service - 1 Business day Overnight delivery.
AK , HI rush delivery exceptions:
1 DAY Overnight dellivery to HI and AK will take 2 business days in transit, instead of ONE DAY regularly from the time it leaves our warehouse.
2 DAYS AIR dellivery to HI and AK will take 4 business days in transit, instead of TWO DAYS regularly from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Please be available at time when your package is schedualed to arrive, beacause a signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
Delivery to P.O. / A.p.o boxes will not be accepted or delivered.

All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day* if placed before 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday before 10:30 am (Eastern Standard Time), and 11:30 am (Daylight Savings Time).

US Postal Service:
(By customer request only) To all 50 states. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery via Air Mail and 4-6 Business days for Express Mail.
The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or over sized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii can anticipate 12-16 days for delivery.
Please be aware that shipments via UPS are significantly faster, are easily tracked, should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time. In addition to the fact that we insure high value packages which shipped Via UPS. Shipping charges include full insurance for your package. Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked. Please be aware that if you haven't purchased insurance on your package at time of placing the order, we would not be able to reimburse for your Package.
